4. What sets entrepreneurs apart is their willingness, although it’s not unusual to think of a business idea that would benefit others. They are those that take their thoughts and actually try them out. They have the guts to be vulnerable; failure is always a choice, but they are willing to take the danger .
5. When you implement new approaches of expanding your organization, with the hope, there is always. This concept was stressed in the interview:”Be honest about what is likely to be involved with growing, as to the extent we can get comfortable with the failure side of the equation, it’s likely to make our capacity to grow and our probability of succeeding that much better.”
