The majority of our fleet has 110 outlets available on board. Please call to request power if this is something that you will need on your trip and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
On a typical charter trip, a driver is tipped for a job well done. Drivers generally receive $1-3 per person, per day. Gratuities are not mandatory, but are greatly appreciated. Gratuities are based on a job well done.
We can accept reservations whenever you are ready. We have customers that book a year in advance and others who wait until the last minute.

Most changes are easily accommodated. However, we may not be able to guarantee last minute changes base on availability. Please contact our office to discuss what changes you would like to make. We need to be sure that the changes do not exceed Federal and State laws regarding driver on-duty and/or off-duty time. Any cancellations within 2 weeks of your departure date are subject to payment-in-full.
We allow you to bring small coolers that will fit under your seat. Cans and plastic are preferred.
All of our vehicles have both. Each vehicle has a climate control system that can be adjusted for the passengers.

There is no obligation when you submit a request. If you end up making a reservation with us, we will need to receive your signed contract and deposit by a specified date, and full payment and final itinerary are due two weeks prior to the departure date. In the event that you need to cancel your trip, all of your money (including the deposit) is fully-refundable, as long as the cancellation is made at least two weeks before your departure date.
